The Best And Worst Of WWE Smackdown Live 9/26/17: Happy Rusev Day

WWE Smackdown LivePreviously on the Best & Worst of Smackdown Live: Smackdown didn't have a No Mercy to sell, so they just replayed an old episode & changed the dates to make it look like it was new. Remember that With Spandex is on Twitter, so follow it. Spread the word about the column on Facebook, Twitter & whatever else you use. Spread the word about Rusev Day! And now, the Best & Worst of WWE Smackdown Live for September 26, 2017.

WWE Smackdown Live results & observations (9/26/17): Kevin Owens has snapped

A battle was exactly what he got, as Smackdown Live general manager Daniel Bryan booked Owens & Zayn versus each other for the main event. That was until Shane McMahon's music played & the Smackdown Live commissioner made his way to the ring. Outside of Owens versus Shane McMahon, the New Day-Usos feud is the just other story on Smackdown Live that is worthy of venturing into the structure. I can't even tell that about the WWE title feud. Hopefully, this feud comes to an finish at Hell in a Cell & has Nakamura standing tall by the WWE title.

Four Key Customer Experience Lessons From A WWE Live Event

As it stated in Earlier this month, I attended a WWE Live event. There was an event hashtag, audience members were permitted, as they are for all events, to bring their own signs, pictures were encouraged. If you're fortunate sufficient to have a brand that customers want to embrace, don't put up barriers to allowing them to do so. Whatever you tell customers you're will do (offer next-day shipping, answer customer service calls within two minutes, etc.) Non-televised WWE shows don't necessarily follow the ongoing narrative that is presented each week during RAW & Smackdown broadcasts.
