Deccan Chronicle : reported that WWE Champion Jinder Mahal gifted custom jersey by IPL champions Mumbai Indians

New Delhi: After World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) COO Triple H gifted IPL champions Mumbai Indians a custom made World heavyweight championship belt with their batch on it, Mumbai Indians have extended the favour by gifting WWE Superstar Jinder Mahal a custom-made jersey. In a video posted by the WWE India Twitter handle, the WWE World Heavyweight champion is seen donning the Mumbai Indians jersey with number 5 printed on the back. #CricketMeriJaan pic.twitter.com/AX4hX2w5lN — WWE (@WWEIndia) July 20, 2017Mahal says: "Hello India, this is your WWE champion Jinder Mahal and I want to send a big thank you to the Mumbai Indians for sending me this custom jersey with my name on it. As it is evident that WWE is keen to expand their reach all over the world, such kind gestures will surely enhance its reputation. The Maharaja signed off by chanting the slogan of the Paltans, "Cricket Meri Jaan" which translates to "Cricket is my life."It was not only Mumbai Indians, but previously the WWE even gifted NBA champs Golden State Warriors and Premier League winners Chelsea a similar gift with customised plates.
