Whether it's Jason Jordan's first significant feud since being revealed as Kurt Angle's son or the makeup of the WWE Championship match, there is plenty being discussed. Big matches on both Raw and SmackDown Live are sure to make SummerSlam go off with a bang this year, and there's already plenty of talk about what fans could be in store for.

The current plan for the Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose storyline will see the pair team up and challenge the WWE Raw facebook/" target="_blank">tagTeam Champions. Author's TakeI had very little interest in seeing The Miz and Dean Ambrose working together any longer, despite the addition of Seth Rollins. Original plans called for Sheamus and Cesaro to defend in a multi-person tag match, whilst Rollins and Ambrose were poised for a triple threat match with The Miz. However, creative have decided to stick with the Shield reunion storyline, which is set to culminate with Ambrose finally accepting the traditional Shield fist bump - most likely after winning the Raw tag titles at SummerSlam.

Naomi vs. Natalya (SmackDown women's championship)Nattie won a Fatal 5-Way at Battleground to earn her way into this match. Alexa Bliss vs. Bayley (Raw women's championship)Bayley defeated her best friend, Sasha Banks, to earn this shot. Jinder Mahal vs. TBA (WWE championship)The winner of the John Cena vs. Shinsuke Nakamura match on SmackDown Live this week will get the shot against Mahal. The next pay-per-view (PPV) on the WWE schedule is the SummerSlam show set to take place on Sun., Aug. 20, 2017, at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. There is some controversy, considering Sasha's shoulders were up, but WWE doesn't seem to be acknowledging that fact ... yet.
