A TOP official of Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) in Negros Island Region (NIR) apologized to former Negros Occidental governor Rafael Coscolluela, following reports of the latter's supposed involvement in moves to destabilize the present government.The issue stemmed from the Facebook post of Yves Akol, secretary-general of PDP-Laban in NIR, who outlined the alleged plot to topple the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte.Akol admitted that he was "misinformed" about the allegations that some supporters met with Coscolluela to talk on what to do to destabilize the new administration, which was vehemently denied by the former governor.
